Leadership

All Sack Holder’s (SH) are equal in power no matter what there job is in LS.

The LS Leader should always be informed of all problems in LS, even if a SH has solved it or not. (Any problems the SH don’t report and they will be in trouble).

SH should be fair on all decisions they make and make there decisions without being bias. (Also informing the LS Leader after solving the problem or not).

SH must conduct themselves as leaders and set examples for the LS.

All members are to follow the Chain of Command (CoC), as follow LS Leader> SH> Mmebers.

Conduct

All members are expected to treat each other with respect. All problems should be taking to the CoC.

While in HighlyFeared all other pearls are no more, reason being we are a family and we need to bond as one.

LS Chat is to be free of all racial, religious, political, sexual preference, nationality, etc.. remarks.

Breaking Rules

1st is a warning
2nd is a Probation Period

If A member of LS receive multiple warning, then he/she will be put on probation and up for a view.

Probation is 1-4 weeks long depending on the outcome of the vote. (Everyone in LS has vote). YES EVERYONE votes on this decision because it’s there LS too and they voice should be heard as well.

During Probation Period members are not allowed to vote or lot on any drops. (Members on probation will have these rights re-turned too them after the probation period is over, if they miss there drop they will be 2nd in line on that item again). Also members on probation can ask for help from LS on personal quest, mission, etc. (Meaning if are on probation you can not ask for any help that benefits you and you only.). However you are still required to attend LS events when needed.
